Hi, I’m Jon Matthew.
As a Civil Engineer, I provide remote quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for global contractors and subcontractors. Completed a detailed quantity takeoff and bid estimate for the landscaping and irrigation scope using PlanSwift to extract precise on-screen measurements directly from project plans. The estimate captures all softscape and hardscape elements alongside a full irrigation into inventory, including piping runs, zone valves, backflow assemblies, and head counts, mapped an itemized, bid-ready material and labor cost breakdown.
